A five-day women’s retreat in Playa del Carmen rooted in Mayan tradition—ceremony, rest, and reconnection for women in transition.

WHAT WE OFFER?

This 5-day, 4-night gathering in Playa del Carmen is not an escape, but a return. A return to a slower rhythm, to the body’s wisdom, and to the self beneath obligation and performance. Created for women in transition, in expansion, or quietly carrying too much, this retreat offers space to soften, rest, and be met as you are.

We gather in a private jungle villa tucked away from the noise—an intimate sanctuary surrounded by lush gardens, a lagoon-style pool, and open, light-filled spaces that invite presence. With only six ensuite rooms and a small group capped at eight women, the experience remains deeply personal, spacious, and held. Guests may choose a private or shared room.

WHAT WE WILL DO?

Rooted in ancient Mayan traditions and guided with deep respect for the land and its lineage, our days weave ceremony, creativity, and stillness. We are welcomed with cacao to open the heart, guided through temazcal as a ritual of purification and renewal, and supported by gentle movement, creative therapeutic exploration, and Mayan-informed bodywork offered by local women.embodying ancestral wisdom. Time is intentionally unstructured, allowing for rest, reflection, and integration.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This is not a retreat mill or a tourist experience. It is a carefully curated, relational gathering that honors Indigenous traditions, centers community, and moves at the pace of the nervous system—not the schedule. Participation is always an invitation, never an expectation.

If you are ready to pause performing, release the need to hold it all together, and enter a warm, grounded container of women who are doing the same—this is your space. A place for truth, rest, remembrance, and coming home to yourself.
